These Payment and Billing Terms govern all financial transactions
between you and CaseScorer. They are incorporated by reference into
our Terms and Conditions.

1. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND PRICING

1.1 Current Plan

Professional Plan: $149.00 USD per month

Includes:

  • Unlimited case scoring and evaluations
  • Full viability score and win probability engine
  • Revenue projection on every case
  • Risk and red flag detection
  • AI Case Assistant
  • Full case pipeline dashboard
  • Case notes and status management
  • Secure data storage
  • Email support

1.2 All-Inclusive Pricing

No hidden charges or usage limits.

1.3 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply from the next billing cycle.

1.4 Currency

All prices are in USD.

2. FREE TRIAL

2.1 Trial Period

14-day free trial with full access.

2.2 Trial End

Account becomes read-only if not subscribed.

2.3 No Hidden Charges

No payment required for trial.

2.4 Trial Eligibility

One trial per user/firm.

3. BILLING AND PAYMENT

3.1 Billing Cycle

Monthly billing based on signup date.

3.2 Auto Renewal

Subscription renews automatically.

3.3 Payment Methods

Cards supported via Stripe.

3.4 Payment Processing

Payments handled securely by Stripe.

3.5 Receipts

Invoices available via billing portal.

3.6 Failed Payments

Retries will be attempted. Account may be restricted after failures.

4. CANCELLATION

4.1 How to Cancel

Via account billing settings.

4.2 Cancellation Timing

Effective at end of billing cycle.

4.3 After Cancellation

Read-only access retained temporarily.

4.4 Resubscribe

Data restored within retention window.

4.5 Platform Cancellation

We may cancel accounts for violations.

5. REFUND POLICY

5.1 General

No refunds for partial periods.

5.2 Exceptions

  • Duplicate charges
  • Charges after cancellation
  • Extended downtime
  • Unauthorized charges

8.2 No Card Storage

We do not store card details.
